John Martin

John Martin

An energetic and positive member of the team, John Martin serves as a member of TAG’s Client Solutions team. In his three years with the organization, John has successfully navigated from an analyst to an auditor and now serves as one of our Client Solutions Managers. He continues to partner with health systems across the country to engage Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Finance groups to attain the maximum benefit of working with TAG. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mizzou and a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University, John brings consistency, discipline, and focus! He enjoys watching Cardinals baseball when he is at Busch Stadium with friends.

In just over three and a half years with TAG, Tony has held roles as an Audit Analyst, Lead Consultant, and now a Client Solutions Manager. Bringing seven years of banking and finance experience to TAG, he has worked with clients in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Missouri. While earning his Bachelor of Science in Political Science Pre-Law and Criminal Justice, Tony spent his free time traveling the world as a baritone with the Indiana Wesleyan University Chorale. Tony also enjoys camping, skydiving, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, Shark Week, and his dog, Zoe. He hopes to one day swim with sharks and orcas, though not at the same time. He enjoys attending St. Louis Cardinals games with friends and watching the Summer Olympics.

Starjulia “Star” Dorrough has been part of the TAG team for two years. She is a St. Louis native that loves to travel and has lived and studied in various parts of the world. Star gained her education at Webster University, where she was the only student from Missouri to receive the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship. With a background in physician recruitment, Star quickly moved from an Operations Analyst I to a Client Solutions Manager by demonstrating strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Relocating from the Midwest to service TAG’s Mid-Atlantic clients, she now oversees the collection of millions in recovered funds while providing risk reduction and cost saving resolutions. Star’s favorite sport is basketball; however, she considers herself a free agent fan without a favorite team, just love for the game.

Operations Analyst II

Jordan graduated from Webster University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. He has been with TAG since January 2014. During his time with TAG, he participated in the implementation of the claim research and validation process and identified over 370 claims for $1.3 million for one health system in 2015.

Jeremy Gonser

Operations Analyst II

Jeremy graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He groups vendors, sets up fax lists, and performs payment/pricing analysis across all TAG clients. Jeremy has identified over $53 million worth of potential to date. He enjoys playing guitar, building computers, and watching volleyball, particularly during the Olympics.

Operations Analyst II

Tyler Turlington has been an employee at TAG for two years. He is currently employed as an Operations Analyst II, assisting on projects for clients located throughout the country. Tyler graduated from Saint Louis University in May 2015 with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Outside of working at TAG, Tyler loves attending concerts, playing guitar, and watching hockey, football, and baseball. His favorite sports teams include the St. Louis Blues, the Tennessee Titans, and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Alex has been employed at TAG since 2015. He has personally collected nearly $1 million for clients across the country and has identified millions more in claims. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration, Alex began his career with TAG. He is a fan of the future Stanley cup champions, the St. Louis Blues, and also good sandwiches.

Krista Brown is an Operations Analyst with TAG. As an analyst, Krista helps hospitals from across the nation recover funds by examining data through various payment analysis processes. She graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and loves to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals.

Erik Enchelmaier has been an employee at TAG since 2015. In that time, he’s worked on over a dozen engagements with hospitals and health systems throughout the country. He went to the University of Missouri - Columbia and is a Blues fan.

Natalie Berkley

Natalie Berkley

Manager, Solutions & Technology

Since joining TAG as an analyst in 2010, Natalie Berkley has played a crucial role in major client projects, as well as the development of her department. As an Internal Operations Manager, she directed a team of analysts to serve hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the country. In her current role as Manager of Solutions and Technology, she employs her passion for efficiency to coordinate the implementation and design of TAG’s solution architecture and future technical strategy. Natalie graduated cum laude from Maryville University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems. She enjoys long uphill hikes through Forest Park and watching TED Talks conference videos. At home, Natalie is surrounded by boys – a husband, a son, and two destructive cats. Her favorite team is the St. Louis Cardinals.

ETL/Data Warehouse Developer

Jim Lecocq has worked for TAG since 2012. His role is ETL/Data Warehouse Developer. He has worked with many different ERP systems converting data for TAG’s data analysis application. He has also created a Datamart that is accessible through Power BI. His favorite sports are fishing and hunting.

Rob Heisler has been an employee at TAG since 2015. He has spent 23 years in the I.T. field as an educator, administrator, and developer. Rob has an Associate’s degree in Microcomputer Applications and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Columbia. Rob is a huge boxing fan, loves to play tennis, and prefers tacos to anything but steak. He also has a wife, four children (three girls and one boy), and two American Bulldogs.
