TAG’s own Bradley Wright, MBA/MPH will collaborate with Darryl Rhames, CFE, CICA, Director of Compliance Auditing at University Health System to highlight how internal auditing departments can use data to identify risk areas for improvement. This session is ideal for auditors tasked with building their work plans and risk assessments from the ground up. Attendees will discover standard metrics to track and analyze, learn how to create benchmarks, and translate their findings into improvement initiatives.
