Human Resources Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join The Audit Group, Inc., the National leader in Healthcare Accounts Payable Auditing, as Human Resources Manager at our headquarters in Chesterfield, Missouri. This position is an integral part of the TAG Leadership Team and instrumental to the overall growth of the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, your core responsibilities will be to ensure proper management and leadership of the Human Resources Department. Management and employees will look to you as a competent resource for hiring, employee retention, evaluations, coaching, training, handling confidential matters, accuracy and knowledge in benefits, and actionable recommendations for problem resolution.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·         Conducts and manages Topgrading recruiting activities including: posting, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for further interviewing by management.
·         Makes competent hiring recommendations.
·         Ensures job descriptions are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
·         Positively Facilitates employee relations.
·         Develops and maintains solid working relationships with all employees
·         Administer Topgrading Scorecards, performance management and compensation programs.
·         Review and recommend employee policy changes as necessary.
·         Oversees benefit plans and compensation to ensure competitiveness in market.
·         Maintains all employee hard and electronic data files 
·         Work to increase retention by researching employee needs and making recommendations
 
Requirements:
 
·         5 plus years demonstrated progressive leadership in HR
·         Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, organizational and employee development, employee relations, counseling, policy development and implementation
·         Demonstrated Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, reviews, and terminations
·         Experience in the administration of Benefits and other HR programs
·         Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
·         Excellent interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills
·         Superior oral and written communication skills
·         Excellent computer skills, record keeping, and Microsoft Office expertise
·         Excellent organizational skills
·         Knowledge and use of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter etc)
·         High level of confidentiality
·         Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
