Healthcare A/P Junior Auditing Analyst, Chesterfield

In this position you will identify overpayments to vendors, recover funds and work with vendors to refund these to clients. As you interact with management, you will examine Accounts Payable and Purchasing processes and disbursements, identify systemic “holes” in the client’s processes, and share solutions that will help our clients best manage their resources in the increasingly complex healthcare industry. This is a part-time position for 35 hours/week with compensation of $10 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recover errant spend
- Identity additional opportunities to Help Hospitals Save.
- Execute the project plan through the complete life-cycle including planning,execution, implementation, and close.
- Collaborate with Central Office Work Share team to monitor project activities and track progress against plan metrics to ensure committed deliverables are met.
- Contribute to multiple projects through daily/weekly/monthly team huddles.
- Ensure project team, internal management, and external customers are provided with appropriate, timely, and accurate project information and status updates.
